Cantina Mazzarosa was founded in 1863 during the creation of the Kingdom of Italy, thanks to Senator Giuseppe Devincenzi, an innovator and a visionary. Now in its 6th generation, the winery has been cultivating the Trebbiano D'Abruzzo vine since the early 1900s. Rated 89 points by James Suckling, the wine presents with  straw yellow color, medium intense, fruity and floral. Fresh, savory, elegant and structured, with an excellent minerality and lemon notes.
It can be served as an excellent apperitivo and also paired with different appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes and slightly aged cheeses. 5 months in stainless steel, 2 months in bottle.
To be served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.

Bouquet The characteristic olfactory notes Mazzarosa's Trebbiano are of medium intensity and complexity, fruity of medium ripe yellow apples and floral, with some wild flowers.
Flavour On the palate , the Trebbiano is a fresh and savory dry wine. The persistence is excellent and the finish fruity in a background of delicate minerality.
Pairings Fish-based dishes, seafood appetizers, first courses such as spaghetti with clams or tagliatelle with butter and sage, eggs, traditional  cheeses and freshly produced cheeses, soups , pasta and legumes in general.
