Sourced from vineyards at varying elevations, where warm sunlight is balanced by cool mountain nights, the wine retains exceptional freshness and aromatic lift. Winemaking is intentionally restrained, with fermentation primarily in stainless steel and minimal oak influence, allowing the terroir to remain front and centre.
