A more ambitious expression of classic Left Bank depth , structured, gravelly, serious, layered, and age-worthy. Cuvée Elias 2019 represents the estate’s top parcels and a more concentrated style. Ripe yet disciplined, it balances dark fruit intensity with mineral tension and polish, delivering a wine built for collectors and refined dining ,Cuvée Elias, named after a family grandson, is a wine that stands out. Ruby-coloured, the Elias vintage subtly unfolds an addictive nose: floral notes of peony and bewitching rose, harmonious touches of exotic woods and sandalwood. Without being opulent and far from the clichés that apply to Bordeaux wines, the Elias cuvée has a fine structure in the mouth with an elegant length, carried by a freshness and floral and roasted notes. Produced from selected parcels with lower yields. Extended maceration and aging in French oak barrels contribute depth, structure, and aging potential while maintaining balance.
