Fully organic Montepulciano with aged character and many years of potential ageing. A fragrant nose of red and black berries , pot-pourri and fresh tabacco ,leads to a concentrated dry palate awash with juicy raspberry , plum and strawberry surrounded by spicy cedar. The finish is carried by good acidity which ensures cellar life. Spontaneous fermentation and 12 months in steel and 12 months in oak. Best to decant if drunk now.
