A very unique moscato di Canelli. Only 12 producers make this wine. Definite sweetness but with complexity of a fully developed wine but only with 5.5% alcohol. Great with dessert but also equally with blue cheese and and any salt based meat or cheese. The Sorì vineyards are sunny all day long; a considerable advantage for grapes destined to be made into sweet wines. The ground between vines is studded with wild flowers, because they do not use weedkillers of any kind. The Moscato d’Asti Sorì dei Fiori starts life here.
