It spends 1 full year in tank before first putting it in new American oak barrels, where it remains for 24 months. Once the aging time is over, it spends a full year in storage where it is further refined, and being made ready for bottling. Before being marketed, the wine rests for at least 6 years, rounding it up in the bottle.
