At times, not following the rules can lead to great discoveries such as this one: a 100% natural wine, without sulphites. Made with the Grenache grapes from Vinya Núria’s specific plot that yields the grape with the most color and structure to enhance the wine’s natural preservatives and avoid sulphites. Viña Nuria is located in the ancestral ancestors vineyard area dominated by the gypsum mountain range of Serra Llarga, on the west part of Catalonia and located on a state with 11.3 hectares of vineyards cultivated following the techniques of Organic viticulture from their plantation and currently Biodynamic, seeking the ultimate expression and singularity of this unique terroir. Multi flowers herbaceous layers increase and multiply the plant biodiversity and in turn the soil, to give the plant a more friendly environment , obtaining better wines year after year .Full Demeter Biodynamic certification.

Airing the glass releases aromas of cherries, blueberries, fennel, with fresh grass and elegant violets

Flavour

Initially the mouth feel is sweet black fruit at the point of ripeness. Very pleasant and round wine, with soft tannins but with texture. Aftertaste of intense revelation of blueberries, accompanied by a floral hint of violets, orange peel and a soft background of grated cocoa and laurel. Very fresh and long finish.

Pairings

Red Garnacha pairs beautifully with foods that have smoky or charred flavors, like savory, grilled meats, smokey BBQ sauces, and grilled vegetables.
