Made from 25 year-old selected vines from La Vega del Magro plot, with an average altitude of 720 m and clay-limestone soil. After blending the different plots, the base wine is bottled in the first months of the year. A second fermentation and ageing takes place in their naturally tempered underground cellars at a constant temperature of 16C. Pale salmon pink color with and fine bubbles. Aromatic hints of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry), with notes of butter pastries. On the palate, the cava possesses well integrated and lively carbon dioxide with subtle baking aromas and nice balance of acidity and sweetness with a fleshy aftertaste.
