Cantina Mazzarosa was founded in 1863 during the creation of the Kingdom of Italy, thanks to Senator Giuseppe Devincenzi, an innovator and a visionary. Now in its 6th generation. Rated 91 points by James Suckling. It has a golden yellow color, the scent is a blend of fresh tropical fruit, such as pineapple, mango, passion fruit, white peach, but it also has notes of lemon and green apple. Concise, dry, it has a good body and a refined salinity on the palate. To pair with fish-based dishes, white meats, cheeses (particularly seasoned), or appetizers.
Serve cool, at 9-10 °C.
