1 part pear brandy
3 parts Cava Brut Dominio de la Vega
1 wedge frozen poached pear
1 slice of vanilla pod
This is such a beautiful and elegant drink. It has such a pleasant pear taste and the cava is crisp and lovely. You can watch the TikTok video on our Instagram account:) I've added the poached pear recipe bellow, serve the extra pears over ice cream if you like. Or just save them in frozen wedges for this amazing cocktail. Enjoy!!!
3 Bosc Pears Peeled
1 cup Brandy
2 cups water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 vanilla pod
- Put everything except the pears in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer.
-Once the sugar is dissolved add in the pears on their side
-Cook for 20-25 minutes rotating the pears every 5min to cook evenly
-Once the pears are cooked through remove and allow the remaining liquid to cook down until it starts to thicken. pour the syrup over the pears and Voila!
